'I seldom give poor review's and “never” a 1-star. Dr Ung may be a good surgeon, but there’s no personality, compassion, or even administrative skills - as when I met with her on a Monday she didn’t know she was operating on me that Thursday. Why the appointment ? Just part of the “assembly line.” It may be a simple 15 minute procedure for her - but these are my eyes and there’s a certain level of discomfort with cataract surgery that could be calmed by a doctor who, at the very least, knows she’s operating on you in a few days. Finally, I found out you can’t fly for about a month after surgery…. that was never explained. And I was scheduled to fly to my son‘s wedding two weeks after surgery. My former wife is a doctor. My brother is a doctor. We have two physician assistants in the family. I love doctors. I hate doing this. But I would not at all recommend Dr. Ung.'

Left feeling overwhelmed
She gave me an incorrect diagnosis of my eyes, pushed 3 follow up sessions into next year and never bothered to lookme in the eye, or personally address my immediate concerns. She is very impersonal and needs more social training towards patients.

RETIRED
I had had a very pleasant experience to be Dr. Ung's patient. She performed laser cataract surgery on my eye. She did a great job! Now I can see much better. Dr. Ung is an experienced surgeon treating different vision issues. Dr. Ung is nice, polite and caring. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ung to anybody having eye problems.
