Terrible
Went to the closest urgent care for a lump on my right leg that was causing inflammation and pain. Her initial interaction with me was rude and passive aggressive. Before even introducing herself she asked my why I did not call my beauty laser clinic for treatment AND recomnendations. I needed medical help, something that is out of a beauty clinic's scope. She wouldn't allow me to ask questions and when I did she was extremely passive aggressive. I would've benefited more staying at home than wasting time going today. Also as an RN, I know how crazy things can get while working but this was unacceptable and very unprofessional. Swabed my closed lump which to me is pointless. To add to this, I was there initially on Tuesday when I first noticed the lump, I had a wonderful experience with a male NP and his PA student. But I will not be coming back here.

Dr Demaray was very short and rude. Horrible bedside manner. Would ask me a question and interrupt before I could even answer. I went to the urgent care closest to me for convenience rather than driving a little further, which I normally do... never again.

I wouldn't take worst enemy to Mclaren Hospital in Clarkston, MI because of Dr. Demaray. I saw her once in the ER because of a UTI. However, she did not diagnose the UTI instead she did a pelvic exam and gave me 1000 mg of Zithromax and a shot of Rochephin...the first line of treatment for an STD. The next day I went to another Mclaren doctor whole pulled up my chart and saw she never checked my urine for a UTI, nor treated me on. The 2nd doc checked my urine, I had a standard UTI, and treated.
