Excellent doctor
Dr Miley does a great job with skin cancer prevention and treatment. The natural remedies for stress is great. The ginger chews worked great for upset stomach. Thanks for being such a nice and caring doctor!

I live in Florida three months out of the year and this doctor did more for my mother than any doctor did for her in Pennsylvania. She totally got my mom on track with medications. My mom is doing so well I am very glad I chose this doctor in helping me get my mom on track and feeling better. I would recommend her.

I showed up at 2:40 for my 3:00 appointment. At 2:50, someone left from the waiting room, saying they had already been there for 30 minutes and they were leaving. I'm thinking, "Cool, I'll get in sooner." 3:15, I get called back by the lady at the front desk (not sure if she was a nurse?). We go over my health history and she sends me to another room and says it won't be much longer until the doctor comes in. I walk into this room and there's trash everywhere, dried blood on the trash can lid, plastic covers for needle tips on the bed next to me. I should've left then, but waited until 4:00 on the dot. When no one walked in, I left. I got a call after I got home and she offered to do a call over WhatsApp for a virtual visit (after the office had closed). This was my initial visit to see her and it was a mess from the get-go. If you don't have the time to take new patients, just let me know when I call and try to schedule. Don't waste my time.

Dr Miley is FANTASTIC !!! I've been a patient of Dr Miley since mid-2019 ... I have been in a wheelchair for 44 years -- my elbows and shoulders have taken a beating in that time and, when left untreated, are often sore to the point of flat out hurting ! ... I'm talking Seriously Debilitating stuff ! Dr Miley has helped me to manage my pain so that I no longer hurt so much ... as a result, I can be more active and do things more freely and Enjoy day to day life again :) ... and THAT means more to me than I can really fully express ! It's Huge ! I highly Recommend that Anyone with chronic pain issues give Dr Miley a try ... She's made a WONDERFUL Difference in my life, You my find that She'll do the same for You ! When You call to ask questions, schedule an appointment, and do whatever other on the phone type stuff, Your call will most likely be answered by 'Dawn' (Dr Miley's Right Hand) ... She's AMAZING ! ... and as Sweet and Helpful as can be ! ... You'll see !

Horrible doctor with a filthy office and an inept staff. Kept me waiting for 2 and a half hours and then when I told staff I was leaving because of waiting so long and still not seeing the doctor, and that they'd better not bill me, she came out to the waiting room and said "I'm seeing you now. You are irate." Yeah, I was irate because nobody should wait 2 and a half hours and still not be seen. She said, "Well you saw my nurse" but the nurse already told me she was not a nurse.

I have to see Dr.Miley every month at 150.00 to 200.00 a visit. My appointment is always at 2 I wait for hours till she comes in at 4 to see all her patients so you do walk out till after 5. In my opinion she is not a good Dr at all. I just found out from Walmart that she got her lisense suspended ( imagine that) they could not even tell the patients that. Staff there is great very friendly but her, not worth it!!

I was so impressed by the staff at Riverside Medical Center, Dawn is amazing and I left with a smile on my face. I am glad to find such a good doctor.and don't mind traveling to see her. Was surprised by how quickly I was in and out.

My husband is a patient of Dr. Miley and continues to see her because she is the only doctor in our network that will write the prescription he needs. His first visit they gave us their old address, so he missed the appt. He has to see her every month because she doesn't write refills and he has to wait 2-3 hrs before he is seen, EVERY TIME. They refused to schedule him on his only day off, so for months he had to rearrange his schedule. Her office hours are 9-5, but she doesn't show up until 4!

For more than 1 year I, and all other patients, arrive starting at 2:00 pm and begin the ritual of waiting for Dr. Miley to arrive. More often than not, she walks in after 4:00 to begin seeing her patients who have been waiting for at least to hours. She then rushes thru every appt. I have left as late as 9:00 pm after my 2pm appt. Her skills DO NOT warrant this level of discourtesy (rude by her actions).

I always have a warm welcome. Staff is very friendly and professional!!! Dr. Miley is alert and thurough with over all. I appreciate her and her staffs professionalism and hospital at each one of my visits! This business also works well with the small businesses with advertising. Janet, is the best Dr. I've seen since moving to Fl. I've been seeing her for 10+ yrs. She's 1 of those Dr's that really cares about her patients. She knows her $#!+. She treats, & talks to you like a real person. Gives you all the time you need & goes over everything, EVERYTHING. You are not just a $ sign to Janet. She does have one flaw, time management. You will wait & wait. But she is very much worth the wait. She & her nurses will go above & beyond for you. Dawn & Mary are amazing.

She listened to what I had to say & showed concern about my situation. Was very informative. Suggested things to help get answers to things that no other doctor had ever done. Well worth the drive & wait to see her. Restored my faith that there are still some good doctors out there & with all I've been through, I had really lost faith in most doctors. Need more doctors like her!!

She charges $200.00 a month and you'll be waiting 4 to 5 hours to be seen at cocoa office I can't say for her other office but no one should be waiting there while she isn't there you can find someone else cheaper that won't waist 5 hours of your time every month her time is not any more valuable than anyone else's time
