Dr. Janet Koprince, DO

I visited her office many times, and every time I looked and felt a lot better for it. Dr. Koprince is kind, skillful, sweet, and beautiful inside and out. I wish I still lived in the area. I have never found any doctor who measures up to Dr. Janet Koprince!

Very approachable Dr. with wonderful manners. Can do spirit and listens to concerns I had and put me at ease. Flexible ideas how to get results I wanted at a budget I could afford. Professional and courteous. Flexible and calls back even on off days. Responsive.

After living in four different countries, my wife and I have finally met a dermatology doctor who makes us feel very comfortable. The environment and atmosphere is very welcoming and calming. Dr. Koprince is super knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. She is excellent at excisional surgery; steady hand, good eyesight and great patience. Dr Koprince is a very detailed thorough physician. Like herself, her staff is very kind and friendly.

Have not seen her for a couple of years, but I found her to be very professional, easy to talk with, helped me every time and did not need to go back.

I don't know what happened to the office but they are not what they used to be. They are drastically overbooking causing excessive waiting time (well over an hour) with patients literally just getting up and leaving the office. I've been seeing Dr. Koprince for years. She is a very eccentric woman which can be shocking to some but I really like that about her. Unfortunately she has let the office and professionalism degrade to an unacceptable level.

The doctor didn't look at anything I requested, which was a waste of time. I also waited 1.5 hours before seeing the doctor. I arrived at 3:45 and didn't leave until 7:30. My biggest issue was the $130 hidden new patient fee. Not only was the reason I went to the dermatologist in the first place not addressed, but they took advantage. I contacted the billing department and spoke with the 1 billing person Pone (rude woman). She claimed I was told and told me EVERY SINGLE DOCTOR has that fee any

Dr. Koprince is the best! She diagnosed my problem correctly and gave me a couple of small injections that worked over the next couple of days. Several other doctors misdiagnosed it, causing me several appointments and prescriptions that I didn't need. Dr. Koprince uses microscopic glasses to see the issue, unlike the other doctors who just looked at it w/o any magnification.
