She’s the best
I saw Dr Kemp in my late teens and early twenties, and I’m going back to see her at almost 30. She is so kind, explains everything about diagnoses, conditions, and medications honestly. She is warm, friendly, intelligent, and genuinely takes her time to make sure you are taken care of.

Dr. Kemp is practically perfect, which is something I never thought I would say about a psychiatrist. She's got the empathy/tough love combo down for sure, and she has been really helpful for me, a person who has never had good luck with medications. The only issue I have is that she doesn't have an email (which isn't uncommon, I just prefer email to leaving voicemails as phone calls make me anxious) and is occasionally hard to get in contact with, but that's just because she is a very busy person working hard to help others figure out what they need. She tries hard to be unbiased and supportive, and she is an integral part of my treatment team. <3

My 8 year old has been having a extremely hard time after covid-19 started. His regular psych doctor just could not regulate him. We were feeling lost and hopeless when a recommendation for Dr. Kemp came our way. Going from a fully paid by insurance doctor to a completely pre-pay highly recommended doctor was the best decision of our lives. She is a get to the point, calls back quickly, kind, knowledgeable doctor that really saved our lives. My son is stable, doing well, and I don't regret one moment of paying out of pocket for a doctor that knows what she's doing and helped my son who was in crisis.

I’m 26 years old and a Marine Corps veteran. I’ve been working with Dr. Kemp since I’ve come home and wouldn’t go anywhere else for care. She’s incredibly intelligent and doesn’t just work on helping with your current problems but helps you look forward in life and helps you to set and achieve goals that she can help with. I would not be here today if it weren’t for her care that she has provided me

She minimized side effect risks of medications prescribed to my son and did not appropriately monitor labs and vitals. Her response to impulsive/ potentially suicidal actions was to increase doses which escalated danger. She also simultaneously prescribed drugs that are not supposed to be prescribed together. She is all about the $. When I questioned her about medication after my son almost killed himself, she hung up up on me but I was charged $250 via credit card immediately. Overrated and avo

I have been under Dr. Kemp's care for 7 years now. After visiting with a few different doctors I was referred to Dr. Kemp and she has helped me immensely through my later teens and adolescence. She is very smart and to-the-point, open and understanding. Dr. Kemp thoroughly explains medications and side-effects and she is very personable and good with listening as well as remembering the things you've told her. I would highly recommend any child, teen, or young adult to Dr. Kemp for psychiatry.
