Dr. Janet Chun, DDS

Dr Chun is excellant and pleasant explaining everything to a tee. Had three surgery visits anf all very professional including her staff who also were very helpful and pleasant.

This doctor and the office are terrible. I went back for a follow up and first of all, the entire place smelled unpleasant and the receptionist was rude. The nurse was very unprofessional, cutting me off at every given chance, rolling her eyes, etc. When Dr. Chun came in, she barely looked at me or said hello. Instead, she drilled me about why I didn't come back in soon enough, even after I politely explained that the front desk never told me it was necessary to return within 8 weeks max., nor that I wouldn't be charged for the follow-up. It's crazy that she refused to write me a simple letter stating that I have TMJ and need further treatment even though she's the one who diagnosed me with this problem. I have to get further treatment elsewhere, and I needed her help to try and get insurance coverage, but she didn't care. Her entire attitude is unfriendly and arrogant. Please, avoid.
