Thank you Dr.Pavlis,Heather and ALL other staff were the most caring,professional and compassionate group of health care I have ever had care for me.I have had many years of dermatology procedures.This visit took away All of my fear,anxiety and just all over bad feeling I always got when I walked in the door of the other places!Thanks again for being so kind and taking great care of me.Almost zero pain! I will def refer to you and get all of my skin care here!!!!The smiling faces at the front desk to the Dr. and assistants was nothing short of perfect!Thank you!Jerri Walton

Dr. Pavlis is FANTASTIC. Highly recommend!
I am very impressed with the care I received at OCSRI with Dr. Pavlis. She is very kind and compassionate. She explained every step of my MOHs procedure. I was a little nervous but she reassured me. The medical assistant was very kind and did the bandaging gently. The front staff is efficient, professional and very welcoming. I called and left two messages for the RN, and she called me back within 2 minutes! I highly recommend this office! I would say they are the nicest office I’d ever been to!!

Dr. Pavlis and Her Team Are Exceptional
The care, friendliness, treatment and professionalism I received from Dr. Pavlis and her entire nursing team were above and beyond my expectations. I was nervous about the surgical process and couldn't believe how incredibly painless the entire process was. Dr. Pavlis is the kindest and most compassionate doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting....and her entire staff encompasses her same professional, compassionate and friendly demeanor. Thank you, Dr. Pavlis, for all you did for me.

Dr. Pavlis is the best. She truly cares and is very punctual and friendly. She fought with insurance for me to get special medicated bandages to accelerate healing. I feel totally confident in her abilities.
