I went to Dr King last September to che k some moles that I was concerned about. I was told there was nothing to worry about and no followup was necessary. Recently I’ve noticed two moles that were growing rapidly, had irregular shapes and a crusty surface that would some times bleed. I called for a new appointment and was unable to get an appointment sooner than four months out but was advised I could call for cancelations. I got lucky yesterday and got an appointment for today. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time I asked how far she was running behind. They told me she was one hour behind. I told them to cancel my appointment. I am certain they knew she was an hour behind when I checked in. I felt the value of ny time was completely disrespected. Had they told me there was a delay when I checked in, I could make an informed decision to reschedule or wait. Had I not show up for an appointment, would I have been charged for the missed appointment?

the appointment was poorly done, we had an appointment at 3:45 with dr king and she still did not proceed to see us until 5:00 and only stayed for a matter of 8 minutes. my daughter wasn’t very happy and we have been on accutane for 6 months and nothing has changed except it has gotten worse.
