Fought for me
Dr. Evans was the first to listen to me. She treated me with care and professionalism. She's an incredible surgeon, I've had several bladder instillations both awake and under anesthesia. She fought my insurance for 6 months to get my meds. She even helped me get out of a bad relationship. I wish my current specialist was as good as Dr. Evans.

Unprofessional throughout. Do NOT recommend at all
I liked Dr. Evans at first. She was jovial and seemed interested in helping. After conversations with her about her cutting off her hair so she "didn't have to brush it" and how other parts of daily self-care were too time-consuming, it made me a bit uneasy about her attention to detail for us (her patients). After some trial with medications, she started pushing an electronic stim device. She gave me some information which turned out to be completely incorrect, which I didn't discover until the day of surgery. She was only interested in getting it done. She forgot to schedule the pre-surgical things necessary, so I had to leave the hospital, after hours, only to start over weeks later. The stim was horrible! It doesn't go on your bladder, as stated, and a cursory check of my medical info would've shown placement counterintuitive. She only cared what the product rep wanted, not her patient. I had to have another surgery to remove the device. She never owned her misdoings. I dropped her

I didn’t actually get to see her as she turned me away stating I was late to the appointment - I was actually two minutes early but had not arrived 15 minutes early due to a terrible accident on 725. I’ll find another doctor.

Dr. Evans was able to diagnose my problem within minutes. I had seen 6 other doctors and had suffered for 7 months. She treated me and I have not had a problem since. I'm extremely grateful for her experience and knowledge.

I saw her last year. She was very professional and described exactly what I was experiencing after she examined me. Very polite. Was scheduled for surgery but had to move out of state. She's very knowledgeable.

I don’t understand why the bad reviews. I’ve seen her a few times and have had no problem with Dr. Evans. She’s always been nice and caring and have had no problems with getting refills. The staff has been ok and hasn’t seemed rude. I know everywhere is not going to have 100% positive reviews and people are more likely to report negative things than positive but i have had nothing but positive experiences here and would recommend Dr. Evans.

Mama says if one can't or won't say anything nice, don't speak. I'll be quiet after I let folks know that I unexpectedly received a reply to an email question that I asked in December 2018.The reply came about 3 weeks ago, in early May 2019.

Over the phone I was given an appointment for 11:00 am which I wrote on my calendar. I never received a confirmation of date and time from her office. It is a 3 hour drive for me to the office. When I got there the receptionist told me my appointment was at 10:00! No way!!! The Mona Lisa procedure takes less than 5 minutes and I am an established patient so I asked if they could work me in. A flat no on that. Sloppy office work, no care about patients. They are dead to me.

Dr. Evans seemed unprofessional in following through with what she says she's going to do. She actually schedules hospital procedures with dates and times without the patient's permission!! She gave me 3 booklets to learn about procedures I could have to solve my urinating problem. Without my knowledge or consent...she has me lined up for surgery. I had already decided not to go back to her because of her not following through with the oral medication she said she would provide for me.

Dr Evans was very caring during my appointments and surgery. I had no complications and only minor pain, which would be expected after a surgery.
