Dr. Salem is always on time, and for a doctor’s office this says a LOT. She is exceptional in her professional abilities whilst maintaining a super down to earth personality and actually showing care of concern for her patients needs. I’ve been through a divorce, the passing of relatives, job losses and gains, and she not only cares about my physical well being but overall emotional health as well.

So nice! I finally found a PCP to keep. I've been looking for years for a doctor who really listens to me and can anticipate my concerns. At the 1st appt she took charge and got right to it. I sooo appreciate that in a caregiver. Thank you Dr. Salem!

Always ask if there is any more questions or clarification she can offer. Was available by teleheath same day which was great when you dont feel healthy enough to move or pass germs onto others. Very glad she was available.

My first visit with Dr Salem was very welcoming and pleasant. She was very attentive and concerned with the issues I presented to her. I am optimistic about her being my primary physician going forward. My wife and daughter will be visiting her to see how they feel about her as well

She's very professional and easy to talk to. Always addresses any concerns i might have a bought the medications i'm taking or the treatment she is giving me. If I am in between appointments and I need a particular medication. She is quick to respond and quick to send whatever medication I need to my pharmacy.. which I appreciate greatly. I've seen at least five of the doctors at silver pine medical and in in my opinion, they are lucky to have her.

Dr. Salem is very friendly, listens, and doesn’t act like she’s rushed. I really like her demeanor - very positive - not judgmental.

We moved to the area three years ago and needed to find a physician. The Silver Pine physician group was recommended and was nearby, so we culled through the physicians and selected Dr Salem. We couldn’t be happier. She’s intelligent, personable and kind. She’s a very good listener and involves the patient in their care, as much as they’re able. She’s well informed and whether it’s an in person appointment or virtual, she’s punctual. She remembers the patient and devotes sufficient time to listen to their concerns. At this most recent afternoon appointment, the office staff and MA were friendly and punctual. I highly recommend Silver Pine and Dr Janel Salem.

Never ever in a hurry. No matter if in office or telehealth, Dr Salem takes time to listen. She sincerely cares about her patients. I’m so happy I finally found a doctor that I’m comfortable with.
