Dr Lyman is a competent, committed and caring person. I have know many practitioners professionals and personally in 45 years and her care ranks in the top tier for consideration and care. Issues that I had with my feet disappeared after one session with her and I have not had any recurrent issues. Her office staff is welcoming and considerate. She also serves a good portion of the greenfield community including the with special needs and issues.

I was not able to make an appointment because they wouldn't take my insurance OR let me pay. The woman answering the phone for Dr. Lyman was extremely dismissive and rude for no reason at all. Not a great impression to leave on people

On my first appointment I went for an in grown toe nail. I had the nail removed by someone else previously and it came back again to give me pain. So I decided to go see someone highly recommended. First of all it took months to get in. So on my first visit she trimmed my nail and removed the in grown part. We discussed a procedure that would remove part of my toenail and she could put something on it prevent it from growing back. So I made another appointment assuming if it was still a problem that we could do the procedure. Well on the second visit she again trimmed my nail. I had to remind her of the procedure we discussed. We again discussed it. I told her I was moving and wanted an appointment in August because I was moving in September. So I went for the appointment in August and no procedure...she said oh we can schedule that and now that she cannot fit me in she told me to have it done where I am moving. What a joke. Milks insurance companies and patients for multiple visits.

Dr Lyman was wonderful. She really listened to me and explained what was going on with my foot. Discussed treatment plan in detail. I left the visit feeling like I had found a great podiatrist.
