From 12 years ago!
I didn't remember this at all but apparently 12 years ago, I got into an argument about my inhaler with her practice when I was a patient back then. Last Month, Lamp was recommended to me by my pediatrician so I can speak to someone about my ADD. Her name did not ring a bell. Left 3 messages over a period of 3 weeks and finally got a call back today and they appointment given was close to the end of March. Then, it noticed that I had once been a patience 12 years ago and left their services. So based on something that happened 12 years ago which I do not recall, they refused to see me.

Dr Lamp and staff are very attentive. I've been a patient there for 10 years. They are honest, thorough, and prompt. When you need something outside their specialty the referrals they give are the best in the field. I have a very complex health history and am completely confident in their ability to monitor and keep on top of all my conditions.

Do not send your loved one to this doctor
If we could give ZERO STARS, I would. Without focusing on the non-chalant attitude this doctor had for my mother-in-law, who experienced anaphylaxis due to "her" prescribing my mother-in-law medication that she was allergic to. When my husband, who lived in another county at the time, rushed to his mother's side, he saw this doctor. He asked her if she knew that his mom was in the hospital due to a prescription reaction and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away! If that's not enough earlier this month, in 2022, we received a bill, TEN YEARS old, that my husband owe $25!! and that my mother-in-law owed $50! Are you kidding me? Billing can't get it together either? Wow! My mother-in-law had the BEST insurances and NEVER had to pay a balance. My husband immediately changed doctors years ago! So, now what is the problem? Believe me when I tell you that we're going to take care of this bill, but in doing so, I ask that any patient considering THIS doctor, please RUN THE other way!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Lamp for over 10 years. I’ve always been very pleased with her and her staff. When I had surgery 3 years ago she told me she’d be in the operating room if I wanted her to be there. A few months ago I referred 2 friends to her. They have thanked me many times. They are so pleased with her too.

I appreciate the kindnessJ received today from the Dr. and staff even though I placed a less than complimentary review last year. Dr Lamp and her staff deserve kudos for going above and beyond. This was the worst experience I have ever had. From the beginning to the end. I was asked to pay up front and I was told I had booked as an auto accident. I was there for a yearly physical. I am an RN and know what compassion and professionalism is and none of this was displayed at this office. I was treated like a piece of gum on the bottom of Dr Lamps shoe. She was condescending and rude. She demeaned by prior doctors . I would not only not recommend this office I am reporting it.

I've only been able to physical see and talk with Dr. Lamp a total of three times, since I started being seen at her practice. I've been treated by her physician assistant or the ARNP more than I care to be. I've had to have numerous labs done, but she never checked to review the current medication I'm currently taking to determine if this is or could be the cause of results of my labs, instead her ARNP or physician assistant will call in another prescription, thats causes new side effects.

I would not recommend this physician. I called this office to request a well visit because I work for Palm Beach County. I have never been charged for a well visit from any other physician, but I was charged by this office, Although all the paperwork was completed there is definitely a disconnect from what I went there for versus what they wanted to charge me for.
