If you're lucky enough to live in San Diego...
Dr. Burns is one of the kindest, most intelligent, empathetic physicians I have ever come in contact with. Her mission is to educate the parents and families on what is going on with their child/family member usually at the time of an urgent health crisis. We are all very lucky to have her in San Diego and UCSD leading the worlds research on Kawasaki Disease.

No empathy
Dr. Burns is a specialist in Kawasaki disease, devoting her life’s research in this area. But she is a scientist rather than a doctor. She is like a robot with no compassion on feelings. Very dismissive. I would not recommend her.
