Dr. Janalee Gordon, MD

Dr. Gordon is an excellent physician, she has treated me with respect and tries hard to determine the appropriate treatment for me. She has the responsibility of training the Fellows, so I usually see a Fellow first who spends a lot of time with me discussing my back and areas of pain. I then see Dr. Gordon who reviews what the Fellow discussed with me. She listens well and is open to my concerns and ideas. If necessary she has me call Marissa to set up an appointment for the necessary procedure. She is difficult to see sometimes at the Orange Grove office; she's spends a lot of time at the VA. If you're a Veteran it's easier to get in to see her. I give her five stars.

Appointment was canceled because she was going to be out of the office of which I had already waited three months. To get another appointment three months later, which would’ve been a total of six months before I saw her for a five minute consultation so I can get a shot which was gonna take probably another 3 to 4 months before I was seen for it almost a year no treatment poor service
