Dr. Simpson is our Dr. Excellent care/service.

My Mom has seen Dr Simpson for number of times. She was told recently that she has a cancerous spot in her scalp. She was not given a referral to an oncologist but was expected to figure it out herself. She is 81 and lives in a remote town. She drives from NM to El Paso to see Dr. Simpson who spends little to no time with my Mom. My Mom felt abandoned and I am equally disappointed at this doctor. My Mom has since been set up for treatment but she shouldn’t have had to go it alone. Do your job Dr Simpson. My Mom didn’t deserve such poor care and no follow up.

I am (was as of today) an established patient at her practice. She is very nice and that is what the two stars are for, but her staff is awfully rude and I will not go back. Called to schedule a visit because I’ve had same issue for a year now. First they wanted to give me a virtual appointment which I understand it is mostly the norm right now due to Covid. However, I explained that I needed to see her due to further testing. Got a call from her assistant who scheduled me until November. I asked if I could be placed on waiting list and she told me to call back often to see if there were any cancellations. Asked if she could more or less give me a quote on the cost of the test, she told me she didn’t do that and to call back and talk to someone else. Did not even offer to transfer the call. Really? I understand we ALL have issues due to COVID but as a patient I deserve to be treated a little better. No sympathy. Well no money from me. I’ll seek services somewhere else.

I went to Dr. Simpson for my yearly exam and she was very thorough, attentive, and personable. She removed a skin tag with no pain and in less than 3 minutes. It healed nicely and I had no further problems. She is professional and talented. I highly recommend her.

I have seen Dr Simpson on numerous occasions and like her very much. She really listens to what I am saying and discusses treatment options with me.
