Dr. Jana Loveless, MD

Dr. Loveless is fantastic. Explained everything to me in detail and made me very comfortable with the process.

Dr Loveless is extremely professional, yet down to earth so you feel comfortable to ask questions. As several others have commented, she takes her time and does not rush your appointment. She explained how there are now new options for choosing your CPAP treatments. I'd recommend her to anyone having sleep disorders! She cares.......

Very thorough & informative

cpap eval

I saw Dr. Loveless for the first time because my old CPAP was breaking down and needed a new evaluation. She talk to me more than any other Physician has done including when I was first put on a CPAP. I felt Like she really cared, and was interested in my well-being and Finding the best course of action for me. She gave plenty of time for me to ask any questions I had. She was friendly and pleasant. She followed up with me personally via email, some thing no other physician has done as well.

As a new patient from Houston, I was very impressed with Dr. Loveless. She spent more time with me discussing my history and sleep apnea problems than my previous doctor. She explained new treatments and CPAP options in an effort to improve my condition. I look forward to continue to work with her.

Dr. Loveless was very kind, very informative, and extremely helpful. I am very thankful that she is my doctor.

I felt that I was treated fairly but somethings were not explained or the staff was not told that I was bringing my equipment in to be checked. I had not brought it to my original appointment and Dr Loveless told me to bring it back on the following Friday! I waited one hour before I was taken care of!

I came in for a sleep study consultation. Everything was explained extremely well. Perfect!

She is so kind, caring and willing to listen. I would highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Loveless for several years. I recently relocated to Arizona. I was worried about finding a new doctor. Dr. Loveless worked with me and we were able to meet via teleconference. She, and the office staff, are wonderful. I am hoping to stay with Dr. Loveless; depending on my insurance. Two thumbs up!!!!

Dr. Loveless communicates very well. No talking down to me. The procedure was discussed thoroughly and she took ample time to answer questions. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Would be nice to see her for follow up. They say it has to be her PA. I don't do change well, let alone see someone I don't know for an appt, when I am someone else's patient....just ask my PCP office. They know this at ou clinic and rarely put me in with someone else (if I am sick and need checked before my weekly visit with my dr) I am on Autism spectrum, makes change anxiety provoking. Was supposed to go today, just canceled cause I don't feel good. They put it to the end of next month.

Dr. Loveless is a nice person when I have been able to see her. Most of the time I get passed off to the PA. The office personnel at this location and the business office personnel are terrible. My phone calls take forever to be returned. My last visit was not handled properly with my insurance company costing me 121.00 instead of the 25.00 copay that I normally have. Several phone calls and poor customer service attitude with all of them, I finally gave up pd the bill. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE!

She was awesome. Great bedside manners and very knowledgeable. Her nurse was very good as well.

Poor bedside manner. Very stern and preached like she was talking in front of a room of med students not a patient. Seemed angry and kind of mean. Cut me off when I tried to tell her what was going on. Later bit my head off saying she didn't appreciate me interrupting her. Wouldn't listen to me. Diagnosed me with apnea before any testing. I asked if my deviated septum could be the problem. She said absolutely not, but come to find out it is. Seems like she just wanted to sell CPAP machines.
