While I understand that ER staff can be under a lot of pressure, professionalism and basic courtesy are essential, especially when people are already dealing with medical concerns. Very rude and dismissive.

Very rude, un-professional and not very knowledgeble. Was in the ER at medical city for abdominal pain. Nothing was done to take care of the pain. Inspite of my heart conditions, ended up giving me albuterol for 1 hour for no reason. Ended up causing palpitations, shivers and high heart rate inspite of me telling them I am not feeling well with the nebulizer on. I had no breathing issues at the time when I was admitted to the ER. Because of the reaction they denied giving me something for pain
