I had IOL (Intraocular Lens) implants surgery removing my natural lens because of very bad vision and the development of cataracts. The results were painless and astounding for my vision. The multi-focal lenses I got have changed my life. I can see up close and distance like I never have been able to do with contact lenses or glasses. My vision shortly after surgery became 15/20. Colors are brighter and my vision is crisp and clear. I wish I had known about this surgery 20 years ago.

Dr Stahl, and his team, were professional and considerate through out my Lasik process. This was an uncharted territory for me, so as one might imagine my nerves were high. In the end, my stigmatism is a thing of the past and I can finally see at a distance without corrective eye wear. Overall, the experience was a great one.

I have been seeing Dr Stahl and the Denver Eye Surgeons since 1994. Due to my strong correction (-10.5 for contacts), I was not a candidate for lasik surgery for many years; but in 2013 that all changed. I had been unable to wear glasses without feeling disoriented for years and worried what would happen if I was ever told I could not wear contacts. I couldn't see the number of fingers I held up in front of my face past about 12 inches and could only see blobs of color after about 5 feet away. I

I had two cataract surgeries. Both times I had an excellent experience and result. Dr Stahl provided all the information I needed and answered all my questions. The facility was excellent. You did not feel like you were in a production line. Care was personal and professional. The medication sheet they sent home was a work of art. I would highly recommend using Dr. Stahl for your eye care.

Dr. Stahl meet with me on my initial appointment for cataracts, also right before the surgery and after. I found him very responsive to my questions and both eyes are now 20/20. In my profession as a police officer my eye sight is very important (as it is for everyone). I could not be happier. Also prior to my appointment I spoke with a couple of people who had the surgery done and one of them used Dr. Stahl, and they had nothing but good things to say about the experience.
