He was wonderful.
Telehealth
He was very prompt with my appointment. He took his time with me. Was very thorough with all my other illnesses. He made a plan with me for moving on. Very friendly, concerned and kind.

He overbooks. I end up waiting 1-2 hours every time & he'll spend 3-10 minutes with you. Doesn't care about your problems, just throws tests & meds at you. No sympathy at all. Now that he's with UPMC, if you call for an Rx refill you have to wait 1-3 days, whereas before I could call and have it faxed to my pharmacy in 1-2 hours. Staff is really nice & as helpful as possible but they take a lunch break from 11-2, which means you get their answering service who says to call back later.
