I saw Dr. Ferris for an acute appointment when my doctor wasn’t available. Didn’t feel like she was absorbing the details of what I had to say. Nor did she appear to do any research at all to learn about my relevant medical history. I barely even think she knew who I was. Felt rushed and judged. Overall, she seems very nice and attentive though, and knows what she’s talking about. I trusted her decision at the end of the day, but I didn’t get much of an explanation beyond a sentence or two.

She has been my doctor since 1995 and despite moving an hour away, I have stayed with her. She delivered my first child and was both of my children's pediatrician until we moved. Then due to the retirement of their new pediatrician after 8 years or so, they returned to Dr. Ferris due to my unhappiness with the doctor that replaced the retiring pediatrician. My husband also has Dr. Ferris for a PCP due to the ease at which he feels with her. We all feel that she listens to us and our concerns
