Wonderful doctor and person!
This was my first time seeing Dr. Skreen.. she was thorough, empathetic, sympathetic and extremely patient.She made sure before I left that all my concerns were addressed.

Communicates quickly via MyHealth. Very thorough exam that led to tests and prescribed medications. Dr Skreen is very caring and highly skilled. She never rushes me out.

Unresponsive
Went in for a urinalysis Monday. I was told I would get results that night or next day. No one ever contacted me. Only the lab sent me the results of an abnormal reading.I call the doctors office Wednesday to tell them I received abnormal reading. Still no one gets back to me. Thursday I send an email through patient portal. Still no response. I call QuickCare on Saturday they can not do anything. I call clinic again on on next Monday a week has gone by. I leave another email in patient portal. Finally after 8 days the nurse calls me back.I am changing doctors asap.
