Dr p. Truly cares about his patients unlike many other doctors who only care about their oaycheck and not their patients ! I am beyond grateful for him snd his staff they are amazing ??

Dr. Pollock has helped me achieve over 8 years of sobriety. With medication, counseling, and encouragement, I have accomplished sobriety along with many other personal goals. Dr. Pollock and his wife Amanda go above and beyond for their patients. They are like family to me. You will not find a more dedicated doctor for your recovery needs. Sincerely, A.R.

Dr. Pollock is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. He knows more about addiction medicine than all the other doctors I have seen combined. I am so grateful to have met him. I won't be going anywhere else.

Dr Pollack seems to be a good Doctor, it’s his staff, he’s an addiction Doctor so I’m sure he knows his stuff, but we have had issues with addiction and sought Proffessional care. I’ve witnessed the staff being rude to clients while in the waiting room. There was an occasion wherein I needed to speak to the Doctor , he never returned my calls, I ersonally think the staff did not relay my messages. They have put me on hold for up to 45 min then hung up on me ,

Dr. Pollock has been my Family doctor for a little over 3 yrs. I started seeing him in Canon City. He is now in Pueblo on Colorado Blvd. I never have had an issue with getting in on a timely manner. He actually listens to you. The staff now is very pleasant. Most people dread going for their yearly checkup. Yesterday I had mine. The staff treats you more like a family member in my opinion then a patient. Bella meets you at the door with lots of love and kisses (Therapy dog). A+

I appreciate the ability to get in right away if needed. I appreciate his caring for the community and the patients. Which doctor today is willing to spend an hour getting to know you and making sure your diagnosed correctly.

I am fortunate to be alive after being treated by Dr. Pollock. His office was negligent in listening to me when I had legitimate complaints about my health care. I just received notification from the State Licensing Board (DORA) that he has received a letter of admonition for my complaint. BEWARE!!!

wait time over 2 hours, almost always see a PA. His main nurse Celest does not relay messages to Dr. Pollack the way you left them, then the next thing you know your dropped as a patient and any and all medications. He is supposed to be in the business of treating with Suboxone to help people but when he cuts you off he does not care how bad your withdrawals are. Neither does Mike the counsler.

He's too busy; makes pts. wait a long time; he has a PA see you and does not inform you that you will not be seeing him.
