Cash cow!
First time I went to this clinic, I saw dr. Lewis’s PA. As soon as I sat down I was told that I was going to be scheduled for X-rays, injections and PT. I went through work hardening program with no benefit yet that is always the first process. Told them I have had injections, X-rays and intense PT. I was prescribed my medication and returned the following month. On my 3rd visit I was told I wasn’t going to be seen due to an over 800 dollar bill. It hadn’t even been thirty days and was threatened with no service. I questioned how I was at over 800 dollars for just a couple office visits and UA’s. The receptionist stated it was a UA test that was being billed at over 800 dollars. Dr. Lewis uses a specific urine test and its cost is over 800 dollars. One I’ve never seen an 800 dollar UA and to hold someone accountable for that bill even before thirty days had passed. I fought the amount and they knocked it down to just over 600 dollars. Dr. Lewis only cares about his financial gain’s

First Visit Impressions
Our first appointment with Dr. Lewis went very well. He spent almost an hour with us. He actually looked at my husband's knee not just assumed what the problem was. We felt he listened and answered our questions and explained what procedures we were looking at.

Dr Lewis came in for less then a minute at the end of my visit, his PA was in the room with me less the 10 minutes I felt defeated and had waited 2 1/2 months for this visit I’m not on Narcotics nor did I want to be put on narcotics. I left his appointment feeling dirty and less than my worth. I would not recommend this office to anyone and I’m in the medical field 25+ years.

Dr. Jamie Lewis is a good doctor, and good at what he does., But does lack on communication, such as listening to all details of what patients are discribing., reason for me saying this is i have expiernce where he over looked some key facts that i have repeated to him. And he does not explain why he chooses some methods or treatments he uses, so the pateint understand why they are taking that course of actions.

In 2015 I had a cervical Fusion C4_6 & lumbar Fusion L3_5 the neurosurgeon missed placed a screw and it's in the disk space instead of the bone. Now I need a SI joint Fusion. Dr. Lewis has kept from having surgery through injections, prior to the injections there are days I cannot walk, pain is so intense I can't even put my shoes on. Dr. Lewis is fast and professional and kind, his staff is sweet his offices are comfortable. I have seen Sean and he is so good at his job. Highly recommended.

I have been on the waitting list for your clinic for 10 months, just because you only have a few slots open every month for people with Molina Apple insurance. You can not tell me or convince me that you have not had any openings for me in 10 months. To say that, is a little far fetcheded and totally unbelievable. Also to say that I have to sit and wait by the phone all day on Mondays hoping and praying that you will grace me with a phone call letting me know that I am being blessed with an ap

Frustrated with office staff and lack of communication. Difficult to get anyone to return a phone call or answer the phone. There never seems to be anyone to answer the phone and frequently get the voicemail then it will take over 2-5 days for a return call.
