Was a recheck on some blood work and took care a some personal stuff Dr Griener does a wonderful job

Dr Griener always listens to my concerns. She always explains any treatments or medications that will help me.

The staff fit me in even though I was late. So much appreciated as I live 40 minutes away.

Dr. Griener really took her time to listen to what I had to say. She thinks through and gives logical answers that have always given me good results. It truly feels like she cares about all her patients and wants to do what is best for them.

Great listener, answers all my questions, and is never hurried.

Doctor Greiner takes the time required to check out everything that I have questions about. She explains everything in down to earth language that I can understand.

Hi Griener, I am very disappointed that the blood work that I made a special trip up there for last Thursday was a failure. I feel that whole appointment was for nothing. I found this out only after calling your office on Tuesday afternoon to to see what the results were! Your office is trying reschedule the lab work to be done at HCHC here in Mt.Pleasant, which I do appreciate that. I’m sorry but I just want you to know my feelings on this matter, I understand it happens with blood work. Sincerely, Sue Gray

Dr. Greiner listens and takes time with my mom. She is very sympathetic and wants to get to the root of problems.

Dr. Greiner did not listen to what I repeatedly told her for over a year 1/2 about multiple symptons that continued to worsen. Dr. Greiner misdiagnosised the condition up until the date I had a biopsy of my lympth node, which ended up stage three cancer . All of this could have been avoided if she would have only listened. Unfortunatley the residual effects of the treatment are a constant reminder that I should have listened to my gut and change my PCP a year 1/2 earlier.

I have been going to Dr. Greiner for 10 years now and can say she has been the best general practitioner I have ever had. She is a great listener and solves problems. She is also very friendly and any apprehension that I had as a male going to a female doctor is long gone. I will not return to male general practitioners because of the kind, empathetic treatment I have received under her care. I highly recommend her to all my friends who are looking for new GP.

Have gone to see Dr. Greiner as few times as possible, but have finally accepted I need a GP who actually cares. I was seeking treatment for my chronic pain, and she decided what it was after seeing me for 12 minutes and trying one failed medication. Of course she decides it's fibromyalgia, which has no known cause or treatment. She told me to sleep better and exercise and that was all I could do. I explained that I already sleep very well, and that exercise worsens my pain a lot, but she said "do what you can" and offered nothing else. She told me if I got "desperate" she'd put me on antidepressants. She told me there was nothing else I could do and sent me on my way, even though I'd told her I'd come to her at my breaking point. I found a medication that worked by myself since she wasn't going to help me, and made an appointment to ask for a prescription. I explained that I had no side effects and that it really helped my pain. She was very frustrated because there was "so much more

If you don't mind being treated as a subhuman because you have depression, then you probably like her.

Just called Mercy on call to have them call in a inhaler ( which I've had with me since I was 4, I'm almost 40). I had accidentally left mine at work. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to merely call in a prescription in case I were to need it. Proceeded to tell me that it's a good idea to have an extra on hand. Really?? Such a genius idea. Sorry for my one mistake in the last 35 yrs. Not happy about being treated like a 5yr old.

Staff is unprofessional & unorganized. I have had trouble with prescriptions not being refilled and therefore missing dosages due to clinical documentation not being completed, the clinic's phone/fax lines havr been down on multiple occasions. I have scheduled same day or same week appts and upon checkin I am informed I do not have an appt. I have gone in to review labs and they have not had the results from the blood draw two weeks prior. I am currently searching for a new PCP.
