Unprofessional, Disorganized, A Huge Waste of Time
Multiple test were ordered but the genetic testing company they referred us to was miserable to deal with and we didn't get the answers we needed despite spending a great deal of time and money. There is no accountability with this doctor, she does one zoom call and actually getting the necessary testing completed is apparently not something she cares about. Her nurse emailed us multiple times and it's been a HUGE hassle getting one blood test done for our baby. The company was impossible to contact to get them to come out and draw blood. They sent an incompetent phlebotomist who barely managed to draw the sample, and then they LOST it. The second attempt we were told not only could they not send anyone out to draw blood but the test tube was backordered. So Dr. Fraser communicated through her nurse (never called us herself) to "hold off" on the testing for now. So we are left up in the air with no plan and unanswered questions. Very unprofessional and disappointing behavior.
