This is the first time I have gone to a Podiatrist. There was basically no wait to see the doctor. The office is in a nice part of town. I found parking very close...which is why I gave 2 stars, but I was disappointed that my contact with Dr Bakal was curt. I had an MRI done, my foot pain is very new to me, and the pain I experience on a daily basis (on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst) is over a 10, which I mentioned to her, and I'm extremely worried, but the MRI wasn't explained to me, no recommendations for me were discussed...just no insight. I left my visit feeling worst about my issues then I had coming in. I'm not questioning her abilities, just her lack of compassion. It was not positive experience for me, simply because of that interaction with Dr Bakal.
