She didn't care about her patient she didn't listen to what we were saying I even caught her looking at the door instead of were her patient was showing her where his pain was. All she did was give him pain meds and sent him on never even got a call back from her office when called and informed them his pain was much worse. If it wasn't for UMC ER doctor took time to listen to what was being said my husband might not be here today.

On a Saturday, when I was the only patient who walked in, I SHOULD receive her full attention right ?...and I was feeling confident whenever they called my name before I finished signing my reciept thinking this will be a quick, easy, and reliable experience. This doctor prescribed me some medicine and ordered lab work to be done. Since then I have called about 5 different times between 3 days for the prescription to be filled. Still waiting on her to read my lab work which usually takes 4 hours

I started with Dr. Anderson about a year ago, when my doctor of many years quit practicing. I am surprised to discover that I like Dr. Anderson as much or more than my previous doctor. She is great at listening to me and explaining treatment. One of the features I like best is that she asks that patients be on time and in return, she sees them immediately. I've seen her several times and each time, I've been seen as soon as I arrive. She always spends an adequate amount of time with me.

Our old Doctor retired and we were nervous about finding another one. In fact, had trouble finding one because so many practices are closed. Then we found Dr. Anderson and I couldn't be happier. I just had some ear problems that I had experienced one time in the past. Last time, it took months to clear up because they misdiagnosed it as an ear infection. Dr. Anderson treated the problem differently with immediate results. I can not say enough good things about her.
