They just randomly cancel your appointment without any notification. I was supposed to have a surgery the other day so I cancelled all my plans and got unpaid leave at work just to find the office closed at the scheduled time. Then on the phone I was told that my appointment had been cancelled without notifying me. What a joke

Got my referral at long last . Now trying to call to get an appointment . I get the feeling they are playing a game of who gives up first . I've been on hold for 50 minutes so far . Looks like they deserve the poor reviews from the very start .

I would very highly recommend. He saved my life. I was dying. Slowly. He rebuilt my face when no one else could. If it wasn't for Doc Yee I'd be a goner. 1000% Thank You Doc Yee. May God and all Gods forever shine blessings on You and Your family's lives. Nobody has paid or threatened or coerced me in any way to write this review. It's all real fact and opinion from me.

Dr. Yee did a wonderful job correcting my daughters severe deviated septum - removing a polyp and realigning the shape of her nose. A week after the major surgery, absolutely no bruising, breathing immediately upon removal of stents. He took great care letting us know what he planned to do, listening to our concerns and she cried tears of happiness breathing again & seeing the final transformation. The staff at the Folsom location was extremely helpful as well.

I was in bad shape and very ill when I met Dr. Yee. He is the epitome of the lost art of a being a doctor. He postponed his vacation during Christmas to get me into surgery because he said it was the right thing to do. And thank goodness, he said in 40 years of practicing medicine my case was the worst he’d ever seen.

Thus office is too small for the amount of patients being seen. It seems as though the staff double books appointments because the wait time before getting called back is more than an hour . Not to mention the time you wait once you are called back. The nurses are short and seem rude. THEY NEED TO LEARN MANNERS.EVEN THE DOCTOR WALKED OUT TO TAKE A PHONE CALL WITHOUT SAYING EXCUSE ME..VERT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The wait time is unbearable . . expect to wait at least an hour and more likely 2 hours before you're seen. The lobby was so full patients were standing outside of the waiting room because there was no place to sit down. One person sat on the floor. He is so over scheduled that it is impossible to ever keep an appointment on time; he is overbooked. As far as a doctor, he is nice but not very thorough and should probably retired. I will NOT be going back to this Dr. if I have a choice.

I had an appointment with Dr. Yee today. He discovered a condition that has been a problem for me for over 2 years, and has a plan to correct it. He has a great bedside manner and I was pleased with the way the staff treated me as well. I would definitely recommend him.

Slow and chaotic, his office and staff are frequently running behind schedule. It's really frustrating. Doctor seems competent. But the experience is aggravating.
