Dr. James Waller, DPM

We are fortunate to have Dr. Waller in our small town! First visit today, he was kind, compassionate, had good listening skills, and was very reassuring. Entire office staff is friendly.

I call to make an appointment, get a recording saying we are busy, leave a message, will get back to me. Almost three weeks go by. No call back. Either Doctor is really busy or he has incompetent staff. Lost my business.

Dr. Waller and his staff are very professional. He is very gentle and answers all your questions. I highly recommend this doctor.

Had my first appointment today with Doctor Waller and was very satisfied with the Doctor and his entire Staff. My wait time was minimal. Doctor Waller took time to explain the options available to treat my condition leaving me much better informed and confident in how to proceed. The computer guided laser measuring equipment used to precisely design the perfect orthotics to fit my feet was an added bonus.

I had a very painful corn on the bottom of my foot. I had it for 10 years. Three dermatologists had misdiagnosed it as a plantar wart and had attempted to burn it off. That procedure made it get worse. Dr Waller got the correct diagnosis and prescribed a cream. It has been gone since then and that was 3 years ago!

I found Dr Waller on the Internet and wasn’t sure what I would get but he was great. He diagnosed my foot pain as Planters Fasciitis and gave me a choice of treatments, a shot, which would be a quick fix or he could bandage it in a way that supported my heel so it could heel. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. I felt he really cares and am happy to have found a good, local foot Dr.

I forgot to ask of they were in my network. Got the bill, called and asked why my insurance did not pay, she said she was not sure. Called insurance and learned they were not in network. Called Doctor back later that day. And first question asked was if they are in network with allied, she said, no. I asked her if they tell the customer this information when they are given the card and she said only if the customer asks. They made a copy of my card, why? They Knew they did not need it. scammers

Just had an ingrown toenail removed. I was expecting a lot of pain, but the whole procedure proved I worried for nothing. It was less painful than my own attempts to keep it trimmed. Dr. Waller was easy going and explained everthing in detail. I have 100 % confidence in him.
