Septoplasty
Don’t listen to the Karen-cry-babies on here whose feelings were (supposedly) hurt. Dr. Teng is courteous, and professional; and (most importantly) did a great job with my Septoplasty surgery. The only things that should truly matter, are results. One of the reasons I decided to go with Dr. Teng (besides the fact that he’s Asian-American, and Asians are - on average - smarter than other groups), is because he’s not just an Otolaryngologist (ear, nose, throat, (ENT) Doctor); but he’s an ENT with a background in plastic surgery. And although I went in to have my deviated septum repaired to fix my blocked nasal airway (Septoplasty), one could say was more like a SeptoRhinoplasty, since I can now breath fully with my nose, and my nose’s aesthetics are improved as well; is more even, and better looking. To other’s getting the same, be patient with post-surgery recovery process - Swelling can take a while to fully subside. Don’t get discouraged. Just wait.

Complete lack of empathy
This physician must have been having a bad day, but I’ve never experienced a medical professional whose demeanor was so uncaring. He finally suggested some solutions, but it was obvious he didn’t want to deal with me. I’ll never go to, or recommend this physician again.
