Compassionate, empathetic & simply the BEST !!
UPDATE:I've been Dr. Spinelli's patient for 6 yrs now since my initial review. He's empathetic & treats you with dignity & respect. He & his team in the spine center are the BEST out there, and I actually look forward to getting an injection just to spend time with them lol! He has my pain level tolerable, & manageable. He doesn't pump you up with medication doses nor force injections like so many pain clinics do. He's ethical & I love & respect him for that. ORIGINAL REVIEW from 2019: Dr. Spinelli and his staff were so kind, ethical and compassionate. I felt heard, not dismissed or misjudged nor was I pushed into invasive unsucessful treatments. I cried happy tears and gave him a big hug, as he gave me some hope back in going forward and not backward. This man is the kind of Doctor everyone should be blessed with because he's educated on pain, genuinely cares and that meant the world to me. The world needs more Doctors like him! I'm looking forward to my new journey!

Dr Spinelli is a fantastic doctor
I had chronic lower back, SI, buttock pain on and off for decades which had started to worsen in recent years. Saw Dr Spinelli he listened carefully, asked questions and made his recommendations. I had cortisone injections in L5 and my SI joint along with deep needling of the gluteus maximus. It is like a miracle.I have been pain free for 2 months. I also bought a Theragun which he recommended for muscle tightness. And I have developed an exercise, stretching and strengthening program that I do everyday. Thank you so much Dr Spinelli

Excellent professional and kind human being who is not a surgeon but is knowledgeable enough to know when surgery is needed and refers one to the best . Follows up progress of patient diligently. He is the best.

I have been his patient for several years. I have several different issues with my back. We explored many non surgical treatments. Only one did not work. Others lasted several months. He is very attentive, organized, and caring. He is also very much in demand and appointments are booked weeks in advance.
