I called twice about a problem I was having that was a potential emergency. I never got a call back that week. They have multiple NP so it shouldn't be an issue to call someone back in 5 days. Horrible Horrible practice. Of course you never actually see DR. Sinclair unless you get admitted to the hospital.

Im currently trying to find another PCP. Dr. Sinclair actually isn't the Dr. in his office its PA's that see you. I dont have a problem with that, but what I do have a problem with is the fact that your referralls are not acknowledged. Its been 4mths since I requested a derm and foot referral and they refuse to fullfill my request. One time it took over a yr to get referred to the foot Dr. The staff is cool but things you need taken care of they are very negligent about
