Not a better pediatrician on Staten Island! Although Dr Shen has recently retired, dr Janet Shen is as amazing and caring as her dad always was! A truly wonderful pediatric practice!

I went here for 35 years and took my children here for 8 plus, moved to jersey then moved back to the island. I tried taking my sick 10 month old there this morning and Dr Janet herself refused us, told us to leave and that it's their policy that once a patient leaves they are not welcome back. Wow, exact words. I was shocked. Do not go to this place.

I DEFINITELY would recommend Dr. Shen and Dr. Janet. I LOVE THEM. They are very accommodating when I've called for my son Adam and we don't have an appointment. The staff are wonderful and very sweet.

Dr. Shen and Dr. Janet are the absolute best!! I interviewed them back in 2008 when my sister and I were both pregnant together. We interviewed lots of doctors and knew instantly after meeting them they were going to be the doctors for our children. Eight years and three children later I have never regretted my decision and in fact they have well exceeded my expectations. Everyone in the office knows us and it is such a feeling of comfort. Barbara and Connie that work there are amazing too!!
