Great doctor
Great doctor will be sad to see him retire. Not many doctors left like him. The proverbial country dr. One in a million. Sound medical advice, combined with compassion, common sense and his infectious smile. He’ll be a tough act to follow upon his retirement this year. Dr. Scarles enjoy your retirement.

Annual visit
This was my annual checkup. Dr Scarles went over all my health issues and concerns. He listened to and answered all my questions. He scheduled blood tests which monitor my health issues.

I have been a patient of Dr Scarles for many years. He is kind and considerate and most importantly, diligent in helping diagnose health issues. Respects patient input and will do every thing to help. Thinks outside the box, rather than subscribe some standard treatment. I am glad he's my doctor. Would recommend him to others.

Dr. Scarles is considerate and thorough every visit. At a time when docs are squeezed for time, he makes time to answer questions and provide explanations, when necessary. I travel from outside CT to keep him as my primary care physician!

I felt he truly cared about my health and about me. I do not like physicals in general, but he has a way of making me feel as comfortable as possible. He offered great suggestions regarding diet and vitamins and recognized that my exercise regimen is on the right track. I would send family and friends to him.
