Terrible experience with this doctor. Rude staff and shows no compassion for patinet needs. Dr Rooney talks down to people, Appears to be there only for the money

I tried to schedule an appointment today- explained that the matter was urgent and couldn't wait. I was told he could see me in 2 months or I could go to the nearest "urgent care" - horrible customer service and people skills. Basically told me that I need to plan my next sickness 2 months ahead and schedule an appointment. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion and inability to work with a client.

I have been seeing Dr. Rooney over 20 years and would never think of changing! He is One Great Caring Doctor and has a bedside manner that others could learn from him! He is the Best doctor I see, he listens and cares for his patients like no one I have seen! His wait time has always been less than 10 minutes and his office staff are just as nice, they all go out of their way to help and do all they can for you! I would not change for all the money in the world! They are like a family!

This is the best Dr's office and Doctor I have been to in a long time. I have been seeing him for 5 years and he and his staff are the best. The longest I have ever waited to get in was 10 min and maybe another 10 to see the Dr. He has the best bed side manner and he really cares and listens to what is going on with you. He takes the time you need no rushing! His staff is just as amazing getting you in and finding out what you need and getting you to a room asap. Love them!!!

Very rarely can you say that you are truly happy with a doctor and his staff. His staff are all very nice and professional. Dr. Rooney himself is great. He listens to every concern and is sure to address them. He has great bedside manner so you feel comfortable speaking to him.
