ED visit
He rolled his eyes at me when I came to him as a 19 year old concerned of infection after a recent knee surgery and it having pus this morning, after another provider was also concerned about infection. I never leave reviews but it taught me as a nursing student how I should never interact like that with a patient, no matter how seemingly insignificant a problem could be.

I would not exaggerate to say that Dr. Rodriguez may well have saved my daughter's life. His almost immediate assessment of my daughter was perceptive and thorough. He was kind throughout, led us to the right course of action, was brilliant in his diagnosis. We will be forever grateful to him.

When my husband suffered a stroke recently, Dr. Rodriguez was the ER doctor and we can't say enough in his praise. He was open, honest with us, and communicating, and when measures at CCH failed he contacted neurologists at Brigham and Women's and arranged for helicopter transport there. Despite the fact that the risks were very high, my husband pulled through with almost no discernible damage. Dr. Rodriguez and nurse Julie were absolutely wonderful.
