POOR CARE
MY 80 YEAR-OLD MOTHER HAD A SCHEDULED DRS APPT ON 3/21/2022 WITH DR RINNE. MY MOTHER INFORMED MY SISTER SHE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE DRS APPT. ACCORDING TO MY MOTHER, DR RINNE WAS HUMILIATING AND DISRESPECTFUL DURING AN EXAMINATION PROCEDURE. REGARDLESS IF DR RINNE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY, THAT DOES NOT GIVE HIM THE RIGHT TO TREAT AN ELDERLY PATIENT POORLY. MY MOTHER IS SO UPSET SHE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO DR RINNE'S OFFICE FOR CATARACT TREATMENT OR ANY FURTHER EYE CARE. SHAME ON YOU DR RINNE.

EXCELLENT! Intelligent, thorough, informative. I was extremely pleased with Dr. Rinne and his staff. I had been misdiagnosed at another business, and Dr. Rinne eased my mind. The care was very complete and everyone was warm and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
