I had surgery on my left knee.I continued to have pain and problems after he thought I shouldn’t have anymore.When I called in an attempt to speak with him about it..the response I got ,from him through his nurse was VERY RUDE,IGNORANT.He is very impatient and pushy.Not happy at all.

Dr. Retmeir performed a left knee surgery on 12/22/16. Apparently it was his last. Most possibly his worst. Was told I'd be jumping around in a week and running like a cheetah in 2. All lies. I flew back in March and he told me in 2500 of these surgeries this was the first one that went bad. Physical therapy, and other bad doctors have left me barely able to walk after 16 months. Not to happy..

Dr. Retmier has done numerous surgeries for me. I have degenerative disk/joint disease. I now have four artificial joints and Dr. R put in three of them (1 Knee, 2 hips) My other knee was done at U of U in 1990. In 2005, Dr. R rebuilt that knee. He is an outstanding and talented surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone who needed his help. He is caring, understanding and kind. Obviously, I trust him implicitly. He is not quick to do surgery. He is very good at explaining what will be done.
