Dr. James Renfroe, MD

Dr Renfoe is an outstanding doctor that works with kids and adults. He takes the time to explain things very well to ensure you understand and provides you with the pros and cons of different treatments if available so you can make a informed decision

Not impressed, problem was never diagnosed by him or his PA. I took my child to Dr. Renfroe's office in Gulf Breeze for at least 4 years. Many appointment and drugs later I finally started seeing another doctor. It was a problem that should have been obvious to him, his staff, and his nurses. That simple. I wish I had found another doctor sooner. Mothers please listen to your intuition.

My daughter is at sacred heart hospital having multiple seizures today. Renfroe is the on call doctor and has yet to call his colleagues back after 14 hours.... 14 hours and multiple pages from sacred Heart and no answer...

Was referred to Dr. Renfroe for daughter's daily migraines. He pawned us off to his PA who was very nice but waiting times always exceeded an hour. We travelled for 3 hours each way for the appointments, had very long wait times for a 5 minute appointment and just additional drugs lumped into the long list. Switched to a local provider and discovered that Renfroe and his PA misdiagnosed daughter's headaches as migraines when they were in fact tension headaches. No more long list of drugs.

Dr. Renfroe is a very caring doctor who I highly recommend. He has been treating my daughter for over 10 years, since age 11 for a stroke. HIs staff are caring and I trust them completely.
