I would give 0 stars if I could
Went to Dr Porter in 2018 when I was also in treatment for a rare bone marrow disease. When I arrived at the appt, the staff said that they tried to call me to see if I was STILL coming. I was taken aback. Apparently, the doctor did not think I should bother with arthritis since I had a rare diagnosis? btw, I am still alive 7 years later! In the appt he did nothing, but said that I had osteoarthritis, which had been diagnosed before by a primary before. I knew that, but wanted to see a specialist. Without ANY evaluation, he said that my fingers & joints would cause pain, but then fuse together like his golfing buddies and then the pain would stop. Years later, it was discovered that I ALSO had psoriatic arthritis after my dermatologist had me on a drug for the psoriasis. 7 years later, checking notes in MyChart, James Porter wrote that it was NOT psoriatic arthritis. Really? He did nothing to check this diagnosis at all. I could have avoided alot of joint damage.
