Dr. Phillips is a great doctor. He listens to you have to say and treats you accordingly. He has been a great friend for some 25 years. I wish him the best for his up coming retirement. I have seen Dr. Jessica Rapp which is going to be Dr. Phillips replacement. I will recommend her to all. She is a great replacement for Dc. Phillips.

This physician is the absolute best doctor in Kentucky! He can diagnosis a medical problem quickly and correctly. He is not only blessed with intelligence but is always very personable making you feel better just by seeing him come into the examination room.
There will never be another one like him unfortunately for all his patients. He will be missed so much when he retires.

I Love Bowling Green Medical Clinic-the staff are always very helpful and accommodating. My husband & I have never had an issue getting a same day appointment when we’ve been sick. Dr.Phillips is an amazing physician who takes his time and truly listens to you. I myself have been going to Dr.Phillips for 20+ yrs and consider him a part of my extended family. I genuinely care for him and can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for not only me but my family over all these years.
