Excellence in the Workplace
Dr. Patti and the entire staffing team consistently displayed kind demeanor, professionalism and competence. An important point to highlight is the fact that there were never any issues with logistics, faxing promptness or handling of documents between companies. Additionally the parking lot was spacious and easy to navigate unlike other office lots that are insufficient and difficult to park. The office was very well kept and cleaned as well. I’m pleased with my recovery and every method outlined by the doctor. Overall, from the front desk with staffing team members Stacey and Janelle, to the back office, with members Anna and Dr. Patti, this staff has provided excellent care and proven to be competent, professional and trustworthy. 5 STAR RATING. -Christian Shea

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Patti for over 5 years. He’s a very nice, honest and ethical doc. He helped me for many years with my back. He never rushed me into getting surgery. Was always conservative in his approach when working with me. He tells you the truth and that’s very important when it comes to working with a physician. He explained that I was born with a degenerative spinal condition and showed me images of what was wrong. I would highly recommend him. He’s a top notch physician and his staff is usually very helpful.

The office staff was very friendly and did everything that they could to accommodate me to see two doctors on the same day. I have been to orthopedic specialists in Naples, Florida at NCH and at the hospital for special surgery in New York. I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Patti; and he had some wonderful advice for me. I will be seeing two of his associates with his recommendations and going to physical therapy. I will continue to see him; and I felt that he was very knowledgeable about interpreting my recent MRI. I will also continue to see the two doctors, who he recommended in his practice. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Patti and his associates

After twenty five years at the Post Office I had lower back pain that had gotten worse every year. Right after 9-11 I was called up to active duty (Army). After four years my condition worsened, regularly I would pinch the sciatic nerve to my right leg. The day came that I was to demobilize and return to reserve status. I was X-rayed and diagnosed with L-4 to S-1 extreme degenerative disc disease. It was also at that time I was placed into the Wounded Warrior Program. I met Dr. James E. Patti and he determined that Iwas a patient that would best relieved of my low back trouble through elective surgery. Now five years since surgery I’ve been pain free and haven’t had one episode of lower back pain or those torturous debilitating sciatic nerve occurrences. Dr. James Patti has given me the greatest gift in my life and can't express enough how thankful I have been to have met him. The doctors at EMOG are the most professional and talented in the field of Orthopedics.

I have been treating with Dr Patti for almost a year now for my neck and back. I had neck surgery a few months ago and my neck feels great. I am going to schedule my back surgery soon. He has been amazing with me. Very caring and patient. I would recommend him to anybody who has neck and/or back issues.

Dr. Patti has been treating my neck for several years now. He is an excellent physician who takes the time to explain to exactly what my condition is. He makes sure I am comfortable with the course of treatment. I trust him with my condition and wouldn't change him for any other doctor. I would refer him to any body with a neck or back problem.

I have lower back pain, had a CT scan indicating a herniated disc, L3-L4 amongst other issues. I told Dr. Patti that my pain was coming from the area of the herniated disc. He decided I needed surgery, Laminectomy. I receive a 4 in. incision instead of the 1 in. I was expecting. I also had a nerve burning and multiple injections. With No Relief! I asked if he could do something with the herniated disc. He said that will not help you. Go to pain management and refused to treat me anymore!

This entire practice is incompetent and unfriendly including the surgery center. They sent me on a wild goose chase for 2 months for a simple injection which I never got due to their incompetence. Completely wasted my time and unable to help me. Doctors as well should spend less time hanging around the office and more time concentrating on patients. Find another place to go!

It's unfortunate that most people don't leave a review unless it's negative. I had extensive neck surgery with Dr. Patti Several years ago. The surgery involved removing some disks in my neck and replacing them with a graft and plate. It's over 10 years and I have no problems with my neck. Dr Patti knew what he was doing and very easy to get along with. My only recommendation is that you get your own Philadelphia collar, I got a good one on the internet, much better than the one supplied.

11 weeks after neck surgery and he demanded I go back to work. His staff could not even believe that. (I was a cop and he was sending me back to work in a black and white patrol car, No alternative duty) I was in so much pain when I saw him that day, my wife drove me while I was in the back seat in a fetal position. I had to go to other doctors who could not believe it either and got notes from them to stay out.

His staff is not easy to work with which is sad since there must be 20 of them standing around. They don't answer, return or respond to calls/requests. They do not follow up. Two weeks after my MRI I had to call them for the results - A few days later someone left me a message that the MRI was good and I was fine (despite my record/notes from Dr. Patti indicating otherwise. Went to a different doctor and low and behold I am not fine and the MRI clearly shows that.
