I'm 19 years s-p Dr. Pappas' reconstruction of complete ACL detachment, and still comfortably far more athletic than most people my age at 50.

Dr. Pappas was very thorough in his review of my medical issue before providing me with his analysis during his consultation with me. His staff, but during the visit and during phone calls to prepare for the consultation, were really helpful and friendly.

Very disappointing, who’s office just called and canceled my appointment because I apparently have degenerative joint disease. Well if I was in perfect condition I wouldn’t need to see the doctor. First time in my life that I have been declined by a doctors office. I’m guessing he’s not up for a challenge.

Dr. Pappas repaired my shoulder rotator cuff injury. His staff (specifically nurse Terri), was a great help and the main communicator for scheduling and teaching pre- and post-op tips. Dr. Pappas communicated with my physical therapist here in Elko and I was able to have appointments with him in Elko instead of traveling to Reno although I went there for the surgery. The repair held up even when I fell from a horse a couple years later and broke the wrist and hip on the same side!

Dr. Pappas is a wonderful doctor. He takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. His office environment is exceptional and all staff are very courteous and helpful. Had a wonderful experience and 10/10 will recommend to all. He’s the only doctor that we will see! We have to travel 80 miles one way and they are always very accommodating for our travel times.

My son has been an athlete for most of his life. He started having issues with his knee a few years into highschool football. We decided to go see Dr. Pappas when he was offered a scholarship to play collegiate football. Dr. Pappas has taken his time and provided us with multiple options to repair his knee. We've seen several ortho doctors in the past and Dr. Pappas is by far the most kowlesdgeable and caring. His staff is also top notch and do a great job not making you wait.

Dr. Pappas is awesome and brought me back to normal after my fifth ACL reconstruction. This is the guy to see. He is the only one that does the quad tendon graft and is a pioneer in this. Went to Dr. Pappas as a second opinion after another doctor refused to help me. and wanted to give me a cane and a brace. Five years later still a rock solid knee. Check this guy out!!!

Dr. Pappas is of high integrity as an individual & physician. When I injured my shoulder he was the only Orthopedic physician that suggested an aggressive PT approach first which truly impressed me. Dr. Pappas has proven to me that his approach to orthopedic healthcare is the best. He has completed significant work on my shoulders and knees which has allowed me to maintain a high level of physical activity, to include competitive tennis and recreational skiing. Thank you Dr. Pappas.

This is a efficient, friendly, professional office. I had a huge knee issue over the holidays, and Dr Pappas' office got me in quickly, worked around my busy patient schedule for surgery, and after surgery have been great with the post operative care. Head nurse, Terri, is so good very people, and very knowledgable. I love this office, and you will too.
