RUDE BED SIDE MANNERS
I went to him about blood pressure and a tumor on my adrenal gland. It's small and not an issue. I do have health insurance that pay. He treated me awful even laughing at me at one point in my visit with him. He pointed out years ago he had told me it wasn't going to be a problem. I did not remember that nor did he put that in my chart OR they could have called me and told me that. BUT he let me come in to get my office visit money from insurance and then treated my terrible awful. A good doctor would not have done that. He is a rude nasty doctor. I would never go see him. I will be removing him from a list if my doctors and any records will be transferred out o there , Kettering Health network I will go.

I was not comfortable with giving my history to the resident who preceded the Dr into my room, when the information is on MyChart. Dr. Ouellette is great, explains everything in a clear manner, is patient, has a great personality and puts you at ease. The entire office is warm, friendly, and extremely well run.

The lady doing the checking in was very nice and friend but the lady doing the checking and taking payment was not friendly at all. She acted like she did not have time for me and was a bother to her. She should not be dealing with the stressed out public.

Dr. Ouellette is wonderful! He explains options, gives his recommendation, and lets the patient decide. He has been patiently following a tumor as it shrinks, and now we can do a much less invasive surgery. He didn't try to rush us into a very invasive surgery at the beginning. I really appreciate that.

Dr. Ouellette was great - he answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was the only patient he had to see. The staff was also very friendly and respectful. I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family if they find themselves needing oncology services.
