Horrible experience. This doctor has no spine and he is highly unsuitable for a primary care physician. A go with the flow type with zero convictions. Only a sheepish conformist attitude which for a physician is a very negative trait.

Dr Nozaki may be a nice person but he is very poor in following up with his patients. I came to him with a sore arm. He ordered an x-ray last Aug 2019. Have not heard back from him re the results of this x-ray inspite of MULTIPLE calls I made to his office requesting a call back. I called again today and the person who took my call was rude. I am still in pain because of my arm but my calls to this doctor have been ignored. Very disappointing considering that I have left multiple messages. He obviously does not care enough to even have one of his staff call me back. I'm switching doctors. No need to stay with someone who does not address his patient's concerns.
