Second successful valve replacement!
In 2008, Dr. Norcross replaced my bi-leaflet aortic valve with a bovine valve. That surgery was highly successful, lasting 16 years, well beyond the typical 10-12 year lifespan. Recently, Dr. Norcross performed another surgery to replace that valve with a mechanical one and also addressed my dilated ascending aorta. It’s rare for a surgeon to have the opportunity to revisit their work 16 years later, and Dr. Norcross did so with exceptional skill and care.Dr. Norcross went above and beyond in explaining the details of the surgery, setting clear expectations, and answering all of my questions. After the surgery, he took the time to meet with my family, thoroughly explaining the procedure and addressing all of their concerns, which provided them with much-needed comfort. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Norcross and his surgical team for not one, but two successful surgeries!

Dr. Norcross performed a sextuple bypass surgery on me on August 1, 2019. Very professional surgeon. He fully explained the procedure and what was going on with my heart/arteries. I am way beyond the curve on recovery and very happy with the results. I give Dr. Norcross my highest recommendation.

Sat in the waiting room for an hour. When questioned about how long until going back to see the doctor, I was told it would be at least another 30 min wait. I understand doctors can run behind but there was only 4 people in the waiting room for the entire hour and they were not there to see my Doctor according to the receptionist. Impression is he is too busy for new clients.

He is the best and take all the time needed going over the surgery process. Doesn't get in a hurry like a lot of doctors do. He is wonderful.

Dr. Norcross did my surgery (2 bypasses and TMLR) in 2007. He spent extra time before closing to ensure no other issues later. He did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him!

Professional manner and bedside manners over the top. Husband went in for 4 bypasses .... Dr. Norcross saw something not looking right as he examined husband's heart before closing. .... result was a 5th bypass. Keen eye this doctor had and taking his time. Husband loved this doctor!
