Why has office been closed for last month
Office is closed with sign on door stating technical difficulties. Anyone know what happened? Been calling since first of November and leaving messages. Any response would be appreciated.

I was a patient of Dr. Mracek for 26 years and his wife coming to work for him was the worse mistake he could have made. The office is real unprofessional now. It's hard to get someone on the phone and if you have a disagreement with his wife then she tells you that Dr. Mracek (Jim) will nolonger be able to see you. He never contact you to see what actually happened. Very disappointed with him . He's a great doctor just hate he's letting his wife ruin his practice.

Dr. Mracek has been our doctor for years. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes time to listen and explains things very well. We wouldn’t go to anyone else!

When you're sick, you may not be able to get an appointment for at least a week! When you tell his office you are very sick and need to be seen as soon as possible, they refer you to Primed or the ER. Bad customer service

Dr. Mracek actually comes into the room where you are waiting and closes the door and sits down. He immediately asks what your problems are, and he actually listens. He has never left the room without answering your questions. He spends whatever time it takes to explain your illness in detail Before arriving at a plan of care. He is a very kind and caring Physician.
