Rude unprofessional insulting
Came into practice for medical emergency. Could not drive to hospital, this was the closest medical facility. Nurses and receptionist very helpful suggested me to see their doctor. Dr meadows did a brief assessment and stated we were very inappropriate to see him and that we should now go to er and get triage and a mental evaluation.

Critical and Paternalistic
Dr. Meadows was assigned to me when my doctor left almost two years ago. Dr. Meadows has been curt, critical, paternalistic and unwilling to tolerate disagreement or discussion. He is thorough with vaccinations and laboratory orders, but does not project a pleasant personality while doing so. He definitely does not treat the patient as a thinking partner with a common goal, and I miss that from my previous doctors.

Shuffled Off Onto Someone Else
This was my first time seeing Dr. Meadows, and I came in with particular concerns because I'm on a large number of prescriptions. I was definitely made to feel like I had 20 minutes and that was it. I spent more time checking in with the nurse then I did with the doctor. I was not given any straightforward solution to my problems. I felt very rushed out the door. Very dissatisfied with the visit!!!

I have been under Dr. Meadows care for several years. He routinely performs a thorough examination and addresses lab results not in range and provides guidance to normalize these targeted values in the future. Dr. Meadows consistently demonstrates excellent listening skills and explains in easy-to-understand ways to improve my overall health. He always emphasizes that he is available if I would ever need him before my next scheduled visit. Dr. Meadows is an excellent Internist and I would recommend him to others seeking top quality professional health care.

Very caring and did not rush my husband, who is his patient. He took the time to ask lots of questions, listened carefully and explained thoroughly. Outstanding doctor. My husband loves him.

I gave Dr Meadows a complete medical history and came in with very specific concerns. The meeting with him was too brief, and while it was not his specialty I felt that more could have been done past initial bloodwork. It seemed that he only cherry picked which symptoms he thought was more pressing (e.g. exhaustion over pain - even though pain was my primary concern) and ignored my primary concern. He gave me a diagnosis without running the tests and labs to confirm this. Ultimately I sought a second opinion, which was far more concerned over the symptoms i was displaying and sent me to a specialist who is also concerned. Dr Meadows has relatively good bedside manner, but I felt that he and his staff need to take patient concerns more seriously and actually exam what could be causing this. Also, I was repeatedly harrassed by front desk staff when attempting to get answer for when I would hear back, and it took SIX phone calls and three hours to get a simple answer.
