Dr McNeilis maintained continued focus on me and my symptoms and asked questions to be sure he understood my problems. He minimized off topic conversations and I am positive he was centered on what caused my pain. I know, based upon his in office examination and blood work and x-rays, he proved my pain was not an autoimmune disease and he referred me to the correct specialist.

I am in my early 20's and have been having back problems since my mid teens. EVERY doctor I ever complained to blew me off. Not Dr.McNeilis. He listened to me. Diagnosed me and treated me.

My husband and I Just met Dr. McNellis for the first time today. I must admit after reading some of the health grades that he was given, I was a little apprehensive. I decided to give him a try since my primary doctor had referred him. He asked questions, he listened and he was very professional as well as informative about my diagnosis and how to treat me. His staff was very pleasant and professional as well. My experience was very pleasant. I left his office feeling I was in good hand's.

The doctor himself is about what a patient should expect from their attending physician but his staff has been continuously unaccomodating; it's unfortunate but this office will continue to lose business with its reproach practices. Maybe I am being too harsh on the staff itself, perhaps this is a sign that the physician feeds into this type of behavior. I would feel morally conflicted if I were to recommend anybody to this practice. Please save your hard earned money for another office.

He doesn't listen, asks the same question every time I go there. Have you quit smoking yet? I haven't smoked in 33 years. Makes suppositions as to how you have been feeling and then tells you how much better you are when better is not happening. He is generally is condescending and acts like you the patient caused you problem. His staff doesn't pass messages along. I had a reaction to humira, called, left a message and was chastised for NOT calling when I arrived. Not a friendly place.
