Very Upset
Dr Marotta is a very nice, calming man. But, he did my eyes - my under eyes are very hollow. He did a fat transfer and stitched up my lower lid. $16,000 I was never told that I would get hyperpigmentation and that the fat may dissolve. Well it dissolved- all of it in a few months. There is zero difference and he tells me my eyes look better. I wish I could display before and after pictures. My family, friends and husband are very upset also.

Best decision!!
I knew I wanted to have my neck lifted and the time was right. (I’m 64) I did my homework and googled plastic surgeons. I quickly came to Dr. Marotta's webpage. I was able to easily move to the photos of the before and after pictures of what I was looking for and then I researched Dr. Marotta on youtube and was able to see even more. I was on the fence about doing my eyes at the same time until my appt with Dr. Marotta. he's able to lift the neck and pressed on the bags of my eye and I couldn't believe the difference! He pretty much implied that the eyes had to be done, if not, I'm not going to be happy with the neck lift. My husband was happy I had it done. He has told me several times it looks so natural. People don't know what's different other than I look rested. And, ladies I can wear turtleneck! I didn't think I could afford it, but I made it work because it was that important to me.
